Ifu a think making a bed in home so i estimate a metrial only bed without side tabel
1. 6*4  #19 mm bord 3 pice

Ok now 1pic cut a13,inc center 13*34/5proper ready

Now one 15inch long pic joint 13inc back and front exp_head side and leg side spose15inch long side bed the righte side annd 13,inch long pice in side ajoint

Now ur see a frame .now down side a 6*3a19mm fix a bord and up fix 6*3 side but this pic aur cutting 770/5*34/5 and under line 13inch and head side 13inch up 

And righte side and leg side15 ......1inch 2point down a fix so same peosser left box fix

Right ,Left, and Leg side 15inch bord use i mean to sey metter is aunder

So if u a 50sq f bord use totel144ft*50 =7200

2,sheet mica normal 2000

Heardwear1500

7200+2000+1500=10700

            Now back in head
